Breakfast was awesome! I like that there were multiple things to choose from. Only thumbs down is the lack of flavored creamers.

I have been coming to Loveland to see family for almost 40 years. It is a relaxed town that is clean and generally quiet. There is a small and very nice entertainment area on 4th Street. The town has somewhat outgrown its available cross streets and traffic can be difficult at times. The town is clean, the people are friendly and nice and all the regular services are available. Estes Park is very nearby and is a popular tourist destination.

Loveland has great hiking opportunities, a cute downtown with a museum, enough restaurants/cafes, and wonderful sculpture gardens. It's easy to drive around, parking is usually quite available.

We didn’t like anything about it! Horrible experience! Filthy hotel, mildew, horrible room. We would like our money back. It was disgusting! If I could have cancelled the room and gotten my money back , I would have! Area was very sketchy, hotel needs to be closed!DO NOT Stay here! There was pee on bottom of commode, shower rod hanging out of wall on both ends, dirt everywhere, Nasty place!

I have been to Loveland often.
I have been to Loveland often. This was my first time to enjoy an extended stay. I was there to celebrate Easter with my son who recently moved to Loveland. Most of the time was spent at church, but we did take a drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park, which I insisted on since it is such a short drive through a scenic canyon. We also walked downtown and enjoyed dinner at at the Chop House which was excellent. White Paper Barbecue, just steps from La Quinta, was wonderful and I ate there twice.

It was great.
It was great. Of course travel in the time of COVID is tough.
Also there is a staircase near the front desk and 3 of us in my group TRIPPED on the first step - several times!! I think the first step is too short, not sure I’m explaining correctly. But it didn’t happen on other staircase on this property

Allow to cancel because of no fault of your own.
Allow to cancel because of no fault of your own.
I needed a room for a medical emergency for my wife. Then because of room and doctor availability the hospital was changed. I called you but you said I had to go thru booking.cm I emailed them and cancel on there site , it wasn't easy to do.
You charged me anyway
Do you even consider the stress a person is going through at a time like this ?
Very comfortable beds. The hotel is nice, has a very welcoming lobby area and provides all the amenities mentioned in the description. My friend and I stayed for two days and really enjoyed it! Not too far (1.5h) from the Rocky Mountain NP and very easy to find. Breakfast was nice, there was a lot of food and different options available. Friendly and helpful staff.
It was a lot like staying in a dog kennel, with no front desk staff unless you called them from the lobby phone. It was the first time a hotel ever told me I had to take out my own trash. The dogs are allowed to bark endlessly and there were no staff on duty to complain to. I left several days early. Will never stay there again!
Always love staying here when we go to the Rocky Mountains. Love the size of the rooms and bed was very comfy. The breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from.
The staff was courteous and kind and very accommodating when I asked for a Mountain View room.
Will always come back to this hotel!!
The cleanliness of the room fresh and comfortable, I slept like a baby. I like the fact the comforter is thin and white. Not an outdated musty one. The free breakfast with waffles was perfect. Parking is free as well. Located close to highways and 4 min from the Loveland convention hall.
Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and very comfortable bed. great breakfast and managers reception was great.
chefs at breakfast were lovely, as well as cleaning staff who were very friendly.
conference facilities were fabulous
Awesome stay, very nice place to spend time with family. The property was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Loveland, close to the Parks, I highly recommend it.
Quiet, clean, comfortable. $200 plus tax is the going rate in the area. However, I felt like it was a good value compared to other hotels based on the quality of the facilities. My room was nice.
Good breakfast, although coffee too light.
Good situation, just out of Loveland and its nice little downtown, on the way to Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
Air conditioning Ok.
I needed to leave the hotel early, before breakfast was served :( If it had been open for service at 6 instead of 6:30, I'd certainly have partaken in it. But the coffee was good!
Beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor fire pit was lovely. And the woman working the front desk was so helpful and kind.
Property was outdated and the room was at the very back of the property with no elevators near. The breakfast was good and the courtyard grassy area was very nice.
